Things to Know Before You Attend
- All attendees must be registered. Registration deadline is January 31, 2025.
- Your BILH organization ID will be your Symposium ID. Be sure to present your badge at check in to confirm your registration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk in registrations.
- Refreshments will be available during the Poster Session scheduled for 2:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
- All other sessions will take place in the Auditorium. NO food or drink is allowed in the Auditorium.
- Poster Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the day.
- Parking: The Martin Center is within walking distance of BIDMC (Parking Options at BIDMC) and Children’s Hospital garages (BCH Longwood Parking).
